We visited Motiongate with my three kids and had an amazing time. They were squealing every time they saw a movie they recognized. Shrek and How To Train Your Dragon were their favorites. They went on it like three times in a row! I also saw the hip-hop show with my eldest daughter. Not my cup of tea but she loved it so that's all I care about. The staff was also all very kind. All in all, I’d definitely visit again, and recommend it to everyone.
We ended up spending the day at Motiongate! There’s loads to do. We went on all 5 roller coasters (the best was Madagascar Mad Pursuit) and the tower that makes you drop. Oh and also the water ride. Some more also probably but I remember hunting down all 5 roller coasters. We also met Princess Fiona!! How cute is that, I got a great photo with her. Oh, and something I appreciated as a pasty German were the frequent shady spots. Even though we were there all day, I didn’t burn.

The most popular one is Madagascar Mad Pursuit, but there’s also a junior version. It’s called the Smurfs Express, which is perfect for your little ones! Another exciting one is Zombieland Blast-off - a rushing drop tower. On hot days you might want to try out Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs: River Expedition.
