I'm so glad I booked a boat ride for the fountain show! I saw it briefly from the street the day before, but it was so much better to see it from the water. It was lovely out on the Burj Lake, with the Burj Khalifa and the fountains around us. The traditional wooden boat added to the evening better than a modern boat because we got to experience a bit of Dubai's history. The fountain show was great with the lights and the music, I definitely recommend doing this when in Dubai!
